First of all, I want to thank God almighty for making this a possibility. We propose but God disposes. I will like to thank everyone on this great forum who have contributed in one way or the other. I have been a silent follower of this thread for more than a year now and only became an active member after I submitted my application. I must say I learnt a lot in background. To all those waiting for their TRV, I pray God almighty actualize their dreams. I must also say prayer is key.

Edit: I will also like to note to applicants having either parents as sponsor. My dad used a powerful statement when stating why he’s sponsoring me. Apart from stating his company is currenting undergoing different projects which are within the confines of my proposed study. He also emphasized that it’s his role as a father to ensure I attain my life goals. I was touched by this and I think any VO who is human too will Ben touched by it.

Sorry bro, just gather yourself up, and from the statement made in your gcms it obvious that your sop wasn’t too strong and convincing enough, as you didn’t convince the visa officer on why you really want to do this course and career goals. Try to write a very strong sop addressing g the issues raised by the VO then re-apply. You would be granted this time.. am also waiting for my gcms so I can refire.. ire o

It’s online not an office so there no closing hours
Just like asking if you can open Facebook on weekends.

Hi Everyone,
I just got a passport request and not approval letter after 15 weeks of waiting since March. Hope this is a good thing? A little bit on profile. I have applied three times. Denied twice, this is my third time applying. The only difference I did this time was to submit my personal account, and not just my sponsor, even though it wasn't a lot of amount, but I guess the VO wanted to see my own personal account. Please how do I submit my passport. Is it at VFS office, do I need to book an appointment?
Thank you
Take your passport to VFS office near you(Lagos or Abuja) and you can return back after some days to pick it up with your TRV stamped on it...though you will be contacted on when to go back for it. Congratulations on your approval

Good evening to everyone in the house and a very big congratulations to all those who have gotten their TRV... and to those still awaiting theirs it will end in praise IJN Amen.

PLS... my gurus in the house, I need your advice concerning my situation, I have been trying to secure masters admission but it has not come by yet.
I got an offer at Algonquin College ( Mechanical Engineering Technology, 3 Years Advanced Diploma). I am a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, i graduated with second class upper.
My fear is that will the visa officer not say there is no academic progression in my proposed program, also the tuition fees is about $ 16000 CAD for the first year, thus this program wot it considering the high tuition fees.

Your input would go a long way in assisting and guiding me.

But why settle for less when you can get better your a 2. 1 graduate getting admitted shouldn’t be an issue by God’s grace

Removing the Vo from the equation wouldn’t you like to move a step further while getting value for your time and money , the fees are a killer MSc is cheaper in some schools. You could even get funded

My advise go and get it hat befits you and to increase possibilities

You obviously didn’t fill your application for study permit form well and you need a full revamping of your sop(motivation letter )

Try to build both but more importantly your PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT. But make sure you submit both SOA and company papers(it doesn't really matter how small the money in your company account is as long as the personal is enough to cover your studies)....also you won't have to make many explanations if your personal accountis more healthy than that of your company
