I would imagine that it'd be difficult for a chemical or petroleum engineer, or even an environmentalist to break into management @ DPR due to their technical background; but don't you think someone with a degree and MSc in management and starts a career in the corporate services department has a better chance of rising and breaking into management eventually?

Or are the obstacles the same across board? Kindly clarify.

I’m happy to inform you that everyone will receive their letters by next week officially. The meeting has been concluded. DPR further said that the successful will resume first week of August, 2018.
