Beautiful day it is today with the news of my visa grant. I have regularly follow this thread for a few days now without making a comment. I decided to check for information on this forum after my application was lodged on the 11th of June, 2018. Alas the grant came in a day after CO contacted me for additional document.

I want to use this medium to ask for direction as I make arrangement to proceed to Adelaide soonest. Course to start July 23rd. Any Flinders senior should please assist......

Hope is not lost at all to all awaiting their grants this season. Trust in GOD and hold-on to your conviction that HE will surely come through for you. Great Job you guys are doing here.

I celebrate with you brother....Congrats

@ education courses,They are intense course which requires time and also you will be doing course work and teaching practice at the same. Entrance level i was told is very tough. Anyway what i am saying you need more time to work and at the same time study. So just check entry level first and seek agent advice as well base on the success rate of student intake.......

Thanks alot bro for the response, I really appreciate

Hello House. Great Job guys.

I got admitted to Stanley College a Vocational School in Perth for an Advanced Diploma in Business.

I have a BSc in Accounting from a private university in Nigeria with a 2:1

what are my chances of getting a Visa considering that the course is not an MSc?

Advise needed.

you would need to talk to more experienced people to tell you what to do

Is it okay to go ahead.
Your SOP must be strong with good reasons and evidence to back it up not super story SOP all the best

Not really lazy bro, I just want a quick response it saves time and long searching on the internet. When you know where to go, you are better of. You can still help to quote the tread on the statement of account please. If you know, you know. Help!

adeoladele:
Who will help you suggest universities, when u have access to the internet, I wonder why people ask this kind of questions. Even for the solution for statement of account is here on this thread only if you can read backward. #lazy

Hello House,
Kindly profer how I can go about the sponsorship statement of account. I want to go with my spouse but to source for such statement of account within my immediate family members is difficult. I will appreciate any means of getting it in order to proceed to the next stage of my application in Australia.
Also help me to suggest best university where I can do MBA with cost ranges from 15k to 20 USD.
Thank you people!

Type idp education australia. Then go to course search and type. Mba.it.will give you list of different school and there fees.... its lot easier instead of checking one uni to another.however you cant make use of them except.if you are already in Australia.the idea is just to narrow down the list of schools and fees and intake date

Dear forum,

I got a mail from dibp today on natural justice. Here is the detail of the letter.
justify the grant of the visa. The following applicant(s) included on your application for Student (subclass 500) must satisfy the PIC 4020 requirement. This means that failure to satisfy PIC 4020 by any one of them may result in each person included in this application being refused the grant of this visa.

your visa application you declared “No” and “Yes) for the questions: ? Has the applicant, or any person included in this application, held or currently hold a visa to Australia or any other country? You answered “Yes” Given details: Nairobi Kenya

? Has the applicant, or any person included in this application, ever been in Australia or any other country and not complied with visa conditions or departed outside their authorised period of stay? You answered “No”

? Has the applicant, or any person included in this application, ever had an application for entry or further stay in Australia or any other country refused, or had a visa cancelled? You answered “No”

? Departmental records indicate that Damilola Solokon has had applications for entry for Canada and USA and he has not travelled to this countries.

Please advise when did you apply and what the outcome of the visa applications was.

On the basis of the information above, you have in fact provided false and misleading information regarding your visa history on your current visa application. Your visa application may therefore be considered for refusal on the basis that you do not meet PIC 4020.

You are therefore invited to provide a detailed written comment on any of the above information. In addition, you are requested to provide any information that relates to:

? compelling circumstances that affect the interests of Australia; or

? compassionate or compelling circumstances that affect the interests of an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or an eligible New Zealand citizen .

Timeframe for response You must respond to this invitation to comment within 28days after you are taken to have received this letter. You should provide your response in writing..

I was out of the country when my spouse made the visa application and was not ask if such a situation has occurred before.

What do u advise me to do

Did your spouse apply for visa to Canada and US and were refused?
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by bunmmy5: 2:28pm On Jul 07, 2018
Yes, but I did not know because we are not married as at the time of the incident also he was not aware of the question because he his not in the country as at the time of making the application

How? You lost me there, he answered no to that question which means he should know if he has even applied to Canada or US visa before.

Answering no when the answer is yes is regarded as misrepresentation
Re: General Australian Student Visa Enquiries Part 3 by bunmmy5: 3:24pm On Jul 07, 2018
The issue is that he did not lodged the application. The wife lodged the application with the husband as a dependent. Unfortunately the wife was not aware of any previous visa refusal for his husband but the wife had no visa rejection before so it was her assumption that the husband too did not have visa refusal as well.

I think you understand the scenario now.

If truly you were not married when the USA and Canada visa rejection occurred, you need to provide evidence.

If he was truly outside the country when visa application was lodged, provide evidence.

DIBP thinks that your "supposed" spouse is not genuine that was why you don't know his visa application history. They think is an arranged relationship in order to get visa.

You must try to address proof of relationship when responding to the NJL. You also need to provide strong evidence and justify your wrong assumption.

Thanks bro for your response. In the application the date of marriage and the marriage certificate shows that the date of the both visa application is before the marriage. Also the current visa status and even the place of medical and biometric was outside the country.

Thanks will work on this

It's clearer now.

You have to reply them truthfully and apologise that's all you can do, hopefully the ban will not be implemented.

The reason you stated here will hardly stand as an honest excuse.
