Majority of Nigeria voters are political illiterate,

During 2015 election, GEJ was ganged up against for one or two reasons. People thought buhari is a better option , but him and his caucus proved us wronged. He was a total failure.

Bukola Saraki, you people are rooting for is the worst of them all, the mistake majority of Nigerians make last election( because they don't want GEj, they went for untested buhari),.
Bukola is the worst politician in Nigeria, Kwara state should be used as case study of is work.

Any other candidate is prefferd, (Atiku , kwankwaso, tambuwai) but the Bukola I know, will be the worst president ever if elected.
Stop consoling yourself that Ebelemi would have been better. He's the worst thing that has ever & will ever happen to Nigeria. Bukola Saraki would even be 10,000 times better than the ever-corrupt Otuoke drunk!

All they care about is ruling the country. Na wa o! Everybody cannot be president na.

I smell sabotage by some of those who will lose the presidential ticket. Some of these men are filled with "if it's not me, it can't be you" attitude.
If there was no crude oil in the niger delta Im sure we would have long returned to regional style with devolution of powers and people would only be this interested in their regions and not the centre. The north west could have their beloved buhari and let the rest have peace.

PDP should organise a Presidential debate before the Primaries and broadcast it to the world before the PDP convention

If the world can see Saraki, Atiku, etc in a cordial debate about the future of Nigeria

Whoever emerges from the PDP convention will have the wind in their sail to defeat Buhari

They should carry Nigerians along in their primaries if they truly want to defeat Buhari

I have been seeing ur posts on Nairaland, what I cannot take from u is that u are someone with knowledge and understanding on most of the issues u comment on.

But what I can't explain is ur reason for supporting Buhari even with his weak performance.

Can u tell me ur reason? Someone with ur intelligence should know who to support when it comes to leadership issues.

Maybe even Atiku, if he doesn't take time.

I lived in Kwara for a while and we know how dangerous he is. He thinks only about himself but you just have to admire his political IQ.

In that list, he's the strongest candidate against Buhari. Though Buhari's support in the North is unshakeable.
Nice one.
When someone with a working brain talks there is perfect understanding.

I told people that the guy has wits when it comes to politics though he is self centered but they said I know nothing because they were sentimental.

Only a few people can see from this distinct angle.

I started following u from now.

lol

I wasn't a supporter of GEJ, he really let me down. I personally canvassed for vote for buhari( even though I still regret it).

I was born and bred in Ilorin, I become political conscious since the time of lawal( kwara gov 1999-2003). I am familiar with the Sarakis ( Father, Gbemi , and bukky).

With my little knowledge of politics , I know Bukola have no plans for Nigeria. Throughout is tenure in kwara state, I know is relationship with workers. The only project he can boast of after 8 years in office, is Post Office dipliated bridge ( a Bride he borrow million of dollars for, and we are still paying for the loan he collected 8 years ago). Since the time of democracy, some state roads like road to kaima has not being tarred before. Saraki I know , does not have the love of the masses in mind. Ask any unbiased Kwaran and you will run after the lamentations he would have given you.

I am not a politician, neither is any of my family members, I get no benefit if any politician is elected into power. I support politician for there works and deeds. Am not partisan. If Nigeria thinks Bukola is the Messiah you are expecting, then you have a long way to go.

Lord I thank you that your hand has always been in our politics over the years. And I now truly understand that you only permitted Buhari to become our president, not because he has what it takes, but just to demystify and shame him so that he'll stop threatening our peace as a nation. Thank you, Lord, for his imminent defeat.

PS: Did you notice that heavens had already helped the APC to put in place things that will destroy they themselves since 2015?
From the Buhari's letter that inaugurated the National Assembly, to the APC caucus meeting that paved way for Saraki emergence, to courts case instituted against Saraki, to the delay in setting up the cabinet, which lead to our economic woes, and so on. All these are God's hand in redirecting our nation to a path of honour.

God Will Surely Rescue Nigeria

I actually believe with you that he will crush all those candidates, except Atiku, which means that Atiku is the only tough nut for him to crack there, not that it is not possible. He is just the hard one there for Bukola Saraki to defeat.

That is where the problem is,they are all desperate for power. The only way they can give buhari and apc a good fight is if they agree on a consensus candidate.

PDP will be making a big mistake fielding Saraki.

1. North West always ordains the president. I dont see saraki getting support from NW.

2. The second point is that SW always align with NW and together, they are the unbeatable power blocks.

3. Its my strong opinion that the next president will be from NW Buhari or not, Saraki is NC. PDP has the best chance with a NWesterner.

4. SE are putting hopes on 2023, Saraki president in 2019 will jettison 2023 for SE to 2027. Anything other than Buhari is a plan against SE 2023

5. SW are tricky, they have not shown interest but i know Tinubu wants 2023. Support Buhari 2019 and he will earn a NW payback in 2023. Anything other than Buhari is against a Southern president in 2023.

Lets watch and see. APC may be falling but Buhari stands to gain from those southerners that are looking towards a power shift due in 2023. Elect Saraki and see a tyrant stick to power till 2027. Who wants that?
Very reasonable contribution.
my own view is this, firstly,Atiku,Kwakwanso,Tambua are not different from Buhari when it comes to tribalism, facts, there was an issue between Yoruba and Hausa in Ife close to a year now, just because Hausa's were at the receiving end, kwakwanso came to Osun and started stampeding Aregbe Ife people.but we know that buhari has only one
,buhari will have his way in this coming election.

Bros, if saraki wins the primary election, then Buhari has already won.
The only candidate with mass support at grass root is Kwankwaso.
Many people that won't vote for PMB in the north can comfortably vote KKS.
But one thing is that PMB has lost ground in the north especially Kano.

If not that PDP herself has no direction, why can't they wait till after primaries before admitting them into their fold. They split PDP, APC, now R-APC & back to PDP.

With this move, pdp has all it takes to defeat apc come 2019. If the entire r-apc move to pdp, the only thing the party(pdp) would need is a charismatic person (just like tinubu) who can unite other presidential candidates dat lost @ the primary to work for the winner. Just same scenario happened in apc 2014/2015. Agreement should be made that the losers @ d primary must give their full support to the emerged candidate... I think(fayemi) put dat in place b4 apc primary. No wonder atiku donated massively towards buhari's election.
