makano:Surprisingly, it was only my proof of fund pdf file that was above 4mb. All other files were not, even the one that contained my sop and all my docs. I made good use of my pages. 1 page might contain 2 or 3 docs, all titled seperately. Meanwhile, i went online to compress the other file. I just googled how to compress pdf file. Something came up, i chose one of the links, and they showed me where to upload the file, i did and the site just compressed my file. I hope this helps. |

Dammysk:Dammysk, The Visa Officer is simply saying that the information (Motivation to study in Canada) you presented in your initial application was insufficient considering the high cost of undertaking a foreign education, when there are available programs offered here in Nigeria at a cheaper rate. What are your career prospects in Nigeria after completion of studies in Canada?, what are the lucrativeness of undertaking such a program in Canada?, why did you choose Canada rather than Nigeria to complete your proposed program? All these should be addressed in your updated SOP. More so, you're expected to establish strong proof of relationship between your mom and your sponsor (Uncle). Include documents like : Marriage certificate, birth certificates, intl passport bio data page, proof of ongoing financial support from uncle etc.. because, the Visa Officer is not satisfied that funds will be accessible by you from your uncle. In your next application, you need to explain extensively that your uncle has paid some part of your tuition fees as a commitment in sponsoring your studies and will do more if the need arises etc.... All the best! |
