You are violating rule 10. Does the owner of this letter know you have posted it on a public forum, if it were yours would you expose your name and address like this

PS: I have nothing against people with long leg collecting their letters first but I just expected that someone somewhere handling this recruitment would have the decency to atleast notify the rest of us of our status. Bulk sms cost less than N4 per message, why the unnecessary delay.

Are the letters being dispatched, what of people like me that their road no get name and any courier rider would have a hard time locating our house, yet we no sabi our status.

It was handed over to the 1st lady, the other guy too said he met it on the dining table LOL. You'd also notice they got it after close of work when their source must have closed and probably dropped it off on his/her way home. I'm not certain if they contacted all the GTs officially yet but i really don't want to believe they have and more people here haven't testified. So lets just keep hoping for the best. Tomorrow is another good day to get APL. Wish you all the best.

Thanks, this has calmed my nerves a bit but still notifications cost next to nothing. Emails are free, sms is cheap; with less the N1,600, all successful candidates can be notified once. See as people wey sabi person dey collect from side yet the rest don’t know their status, what kind of PR is that generating for this recruitment.

I just really hate when people carry out sensitive tasks without thinking-through. Wa-lie the vexation no wan allow me sleep.

I believe that successful candidates would be collecting letters throughout this week and probably beyond.

I also think all this random collection of APLs doesn't necessarily mean the recruitment lacked merit.

Finally, I wonder why some of us would be asked of posting preferences whereas those that have collected letters don't have any clues on their posting. Hopefully there's no form of confusion about the whole stuff.

Good morning guys.

Let me share my experience with you all.

I experienced this stress between 2010-2013 during nnpc recruitment. I started a thread on naijahotjobs that had more than 1000 pages.

After a long wait, the letters came.


It was a terrible experience as many did not get the job, that includes myself.

Pls do not put all your hopes in this, be ready to accept whatever comes.

Nnpc started the process well, the first two stages were on merit. Final selection was mared with serious corruption.

I guess they do that this days so that people will not complain about the process.


If you know anyone, pls follow up. If you don't pls pray.

Many people who comment here have talked to one or two persons about getting help.

When they finally get their letters, they won't tell you how they did it. If you have not, pls talk to God.

When the letters finally come, a lot of people will be shocked. I almost got hypertension because I didn't make it.

Looking back at my performance at the interview I cried like a child.

It was God that helped me...


This world is messed up already.

In Nigeria, merit is defined by being qualified plus your level of Connection.


It is not about being qualified Alone......

What stops them from contacting people directly like they did during interview/ test?

They are all the same.

They start well so that people can commend the process and when it matters, they flop.


It was reported on national dailies that law makers have hijacked federal jobs....


Few persons will still get their letters... patient.


If you get this job without ANY FORM OF CONNECTION (no matter how strong or weak your connection is)..you really need to thank God.

No mail dropped, fachuba is probably one of the stakeholders candidates, the letter was given to her by her oga. I believe everythng will be concluded before next week.

Congrats to the successful once. When I stated here earlier on this thread that things are being done in Abuja (Nepotism) some folks here said I'm a liar. I'm in the system and I know how things work here.

PS: Successful candidates should know it isn't over yet! You will all pass through a comprehensive medical examination. So I hope u all are 8n sound health no harpatitis etc.

I appeal to everybody to please be of good cheer. Marvel said this on the first of July that some stakeholder candidates already had their letters. Howbeit a very small number. Tho this is a very improper way of doing things, it's the country we all find ourselves in. However, this is not the end for us hopefuls. DPR is still yet to officially contact successful candidates, knowing that some of the stakeholder candidates already told people about their letters, they will contact other candidates officially via text or email. That I am certain of. Grace to us all
