Me: Gave him our bulky well arranged and labeled receipts first was our expenditure sheet then before the reciepts from Doctor ,Hospital ( itemised bill and hospital letter) ,lab ,pediatrician ,he just browse through did not even look at it as expected ( my guess in his mind was like abeg this woman is too detailed)
VO : How many kids do you have .hubby and l 1
VO:Ok the baby with you .dh ; lifted her up cos she was standing on the floor and she waved at her to say hi and in return my daughter responded
VO: Do you intend using this visa for medical
Me: For now no... may be in further typed and typed then gave us white paper to go pick our passport ....

It can only be God . His grace and favour was with us. I have been in war room with nhn on instagram on this case ...
Thank God. Cos i no get power to come reapply and also expecting baby number 2.

I updated a new Ds160 form to my profile in less than 24 business hours to my visa appointment, I was asked to reschedule my appointment and ask for a emergency appointment. What should be the content of the letter from my doctor explaining why I need an expedited appointment. My Current Dr's appointment is first week in sept & I'm due by the end of sept so I don't have much time. Thank you.

Please has anyone done Emergency Travel Certificate recently? How long did it take? How much did it cost cos I see several conflicting costs? Did you go directly to the embassy or did you send by mail?

We used the pediatrician(s) HNWMC provided during the 3 day stay in the hospital.
You will be given a list of pediatrician clinics for the pediatrician visit after discharge from the hospital. You can choose from anyone of them. We choose one from that list cos we could get their easily. We paid $80/visit

I'm still waiting for Pediatrix for our pediatrician bill. We were advised it could take 4-6 weeks before it would be ready. I've made several calls but the same story.

Congratulations Jbikes, please did you eventually add the hospital receipt that shows the discount of -10,282 with your other receipts. I have similar receipts too. I want to know if l should add or remove it. Thanks

Hello good people, does anyone know of any good/affordable hospital in Tennessee(Nashville area)?

Hello brethren. So I'm trying to gather my burden of proof but the challenge is that the hospital and doctor I'm talking to in Nashville (Tristar summit med center) do not give out email address;they only prefer phone calls. How do I show the embassy that I'm corresponding with a hospital and doctor? Or can anyone recommend another hospital in same City.

So I applied for a medical Visa Oct 2013 and was granted , went to the embassy with my medical bills paid . We lost the baby but still travelled May 2014. Asked me at POE and I explained we got a medical Visa coz we were expecting a baby which we lost , the officer sympathized with us and stamped us in. Then we did a drawbox entry for renewal jan 2017. We planned to use the Visa 2018 but now I m pregnant again. I m due feb 2019 and my Visa expires jan 2019. Now we re confused on what to do . Either
1. Should I go to the Us say Nov 2018 and I should be probably stamped in for 6months . Meaning on leaving Us , my Visa would have been expired
2. Do another draw box renewal, even without using the 2 years Visa that is expiring soon.
3 . Reapply for a Medical Visa and pay all my bills and visit the embassy .
Please appreciate your quick response to enable plan properly. Thank you

You can travel with this visa in Nov get stamped in for 6 months which will be valid for your stay in the US, this is my own advice oooo considering we don’t know the outcome if you go reapply for a medical Visa, those VO people are not smiling.

Secondly I renewed my Visa in January (via interview) with the hope of visiting US for Easter but we went to another country instead hoping to go for summer but as it is, baby is on the way, I can't travel again for summer I need to save and travel in November as my EDD is January. Now with what I read here hope its not a crime if I use my visa to travel for birthing, I want to send a letter of change of intent but I read its no longer relevant. Please advice.

NOTE: I wasn't preg during my interview, I wasn't asked any question about my previous childbirth, I wasn't asked if I will use the visa for childbirth, I have all my receipts and zero balance letters for childbirth. (the VO just asked about my work and pay and said she was giving me the visa based on my good travel history and I should make sure I have enough funds for my holiday). Please advise, as a lot has changed and am confused.

You can reschedule just once. Just go to the schedule an appointment page and click reschedule appointment or so.

However what I did was create a dummy account with my secondary email to keep checking the dates. Then when I found a favorable be I logged in to my main account to change it.

Don't try number 1, firstly I saw someone that was denied at the embassy when I went for my follow up interview based on That, the VO told her she stayed on with an expired visa, secondly what if the CBP officer does not stamp you in for 6months? It's not automatic that you are stamped in for 6months, I was stamped in for 4months sometimes because my passport was going to expire and have read less than 6months on this thread also.
In my opinion, if you are very buoyant, go for 1 week or 10days vacation this summer, then do drop box applying for medical visa when you get back.

I called in today they said they do now and they take delivery too.
