I like your explanation but it still did not clarify the issue of a 'British-born Nigerian' who schooled all her life in the UK and only came back to Nigeria to work for a company which also required an exemption or discharge certificate from NYSC. I assume this is optional for such people.

It may be different for a Nigerian born in Nigeria but traveled for Undergraduate degree studies abroad and came back home. I don't think the Nigerian constitution would want to forcefully compel a citizen to serve against their will. I still need constructive comments on this. Thanks

In which she did but the point now is, is the certificate awarded legally or by fraud. Only time will tell.

Even if you're 50, once you graduated before the age of 30, exemption would not be issued for you.

You would be asked to go and serve.
It is the age that you graduated that counts. That is the law.

The law stated that if you are a Nigerian that you must serve your fatherland if you graduated under the age of 30 whether in Nigeria or abroad.

If you live in abroad all your life,you must come home and serve and it is very simple.

I met people from abroad who have live all their life in Ghana, Gambia, USA serving, Adeosun own should not be different.
