Hello guys, please I want to ask if anyone got his or her passport seized due to wrong stamp and what step was taken to re-apply and get a passport and visa.

Agent will just land someone in trouble and sit somewhere to eat the money. While you face the wahala yourself.

Proof of funds which is bank statement with closing balance of about 5m in two account.
letter from my company which am the CEO
Hotel
Tour
Tax
Properties
Marriage Cert
Family pics
copies of past Uk and Schengen visas.

That's all....although have had issues with them in past which i involved immigration lawyer and since then we no get issues again....na just renewal with lesser documents.

I'll advice any refusal issue to get immigration lawyer and stop wasting visa fee because UK can deny eh... Good luck
Thanks
Ysf

pls can u share with us the letter ur company wrote. I was denied visa when I went with my company account. though I didn't know I need to write because I am the CEO of the company and thought my references letter from my bank as the sole signatory is sufficient. Are you say I can apply using my company account. most people I gave my refusal letter for their analysis are of the opinion that it must be personal account.

You mean agent went to submit your documents on your behalf? Thats a case of misrepresentation and forgery. you must have been banned. When was this? It's a 10 year ban. If its within 10 year, go and use your money for food in shoprite.

I did...I traveled and spent 3 months in the uk, after which i was advised by an agent to backdate my arrival for future application purpose. I then followed this advice and paid him to do that.
Fast-forward to when i re-applied, i was refused based on the fact that a wrong stamp was found in my passport and it was seized.

i accept that i have done worng and its been years...i have even renewed my passport and am just asking if anyone has recently been able to pass this stage successfully. The portal is really open for anyone that is ready to condemn, i am looking for someone who can shed more light to this for me...just want to know what to do.

Thank you

I will advise you read your original post yourself. I replied based on your cryptic post. This is not condemn. I wish you good luck in your application.

What was the agent's reason for suggesting that though ? I suspect they may have placed you under a ban.

You are giving false hope and leading him to waste his money with the so called immigration lawyer.

You need to add currency sign to those figures.
