Yes. You print it out, with a photocopy and send with your passport to the embassy.

It can be difficult when faced with such an issue, but you shouldn't give up. You have to realize that even though you meet the requirements that a lot of applications are also coming in and it might be difficult to get chosen... especially if your results are not exceptional. I think it's best when applying to search for courses with open admission as you have more chance of getting admitted. I applied to 2 open admission courses and 1 closed, I got 2 admissions and 1 rejection... You can guess which courses gave me the admission

bros please I wish to know how you funded your blocked account if it is through domiciliary account transfer.
