Why complain GEJ started a project
So, what really do you expect?
They should leave it there to rot?
Or wait for Jonathan to contest and win again so he can commission it himself?

Irrespective of who initiated, completed or finished a project... positive developments should be welcomed by all

GEJ paid with what! Stone? Or have you forgotten so soon how N11billion was budgeted for the ministry of works for capital and recurrent expenditure, how capital expenditure in the national budget was not up to 20% throughout the 5years of GEJ!
GEJ did not pay a dime for any project. He was just commisioning drawings and designs. A case in point is the 2nd niger bridge. He stole us blind. If it were in china, he would have been shot and his body hanged on a bridge.
