Please Nairalanders, I am new in this area in Ibadan and I have never enjoyed many of my nights and evenings. There is a church close to my house. This fellow holds vigils every Friday and even sometimes every day for a week. I am fed up. I have reported him to my landlord but nothing has been done yet.

I am thinking of taking this up by myself. I need assistance on the right ministry for my complaint.
