Foolish youth, he killed her for his own selfish reasons, he wanted to get rich by all means, I hope that our justice system will use this guy for a good lesson to other wanna-be fools humping up.

He killed this beautiful girl without second thought, what are they waiting for, feeding him with the tax payers money while enjoying the free air? For me, the verdict is Death by lethal injection. Simple.

you are the one that is lazy here, though I am referring only to this particular case, anytime there is a murder case the first thing you will hear is ritual without any proper investigation even case of suspected murder case will be tag suicide without investigation. some of these case might be serial murder we tag it ritual. you are here talking about journalist being there, do we still journalist in this country? most of their reportage is base hearsay. or are you talking about this particular case with different version most carried by bloggers who are just look for a way to market their product

No amount of rot in the country should warrant killing of fellow human in the name of money. People like him should not be pitied for one second! He deserve to be placed on an electric chair.

Adeyemi was accused of killing Khadijat, the daughter a former deputy governor of Ondo State, Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo.

Khadijat, a 400-level student of the Department of Educational Management, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State, was said to be Adeyemi’s girlfriend.

Adeyemi and two other accomplices, who were said to be at large, allegedly killed Khadijat in Adeyemi’s room.

After killing the ex-deputy governor’s daughter, Adeyemi allegedly buried the corpse in a shallow grave inside his room in the Aratusin area of Akure before he was arrested seven days later.

The accused was arraigned on Monday on two counts of conspiracy and murder.

During the court proceedings, the police prosecutor, Sergeant Mary Adebayo, made an application for the remand of the accused in custody pending legal advice from the Department of Public Prosecutions.

The defence counsel, Taiwo Gbadebo, did not object to the application of the prosecutor.

The magistrate, Mrs Victoria Bob-Manuel, ordered that Adeyemi be remanded in custody pending when the legal advice would come from the DPP.

She adjourned the case till August 23, 2018.
