I have a very dark lips , natural though cos i don't smoke and have been using lime for the past 3days and I noticed some changes but the thing dey pepper and my lips is getting softer

Hmmm.....I can't believe in 2018 OP can be so dull.... and have people thanking him for his advice. Are we supposed to have pink lips?...aren't our lips naturally supposed to be a shade darker than our complexion? Since when does exposure to the sun make your lips darker?...does the sun shine on your lips only? And yes...smoking period would make your lips darker....stop smoking ....bleaching would make your lips appear to be darker....stop bleaching.....common sense. Your lips are dry and peeling...dehydration...drink plenty of water/lack of vitamin C...eat oranges or citrus fruits....you make your lips pink...you're making a statement...you are gay period.

How about saying also that there are naturally ocurring dark lips that are not unhealthy or as a result of smoking or dead skin but simply due to pigmentation?

It's uninformed folks like you that encourage bleaching.

Also do you know that if you over exfoliate it leads to bleeding, infections and extra sensitive lips?

Just make sure you exfoliate your lips when you're brushing, whenever you brush in the morning and before bed - use your toothbrush and scrub lightly. There'll be peeling off and breakages (little painful) in the first few weeks, but afterwards, you'll have soft and clean lips.

Also, drink a lot of water, eat fruits and have your bath regularly. All these pink lips bam and others are waste of time and money. Do it natural!
