They are no go area for an Ulcer patient, especially citrus fruit, tomatoes and that spicy food

Rolling out of bed with very hungry makes us very hungry that we just eat anything that comes first in our sight. What you do not know is that there are some foods you should never eat on an empty stomach because these foods could actually be harming your body.
