My view,this is a good sperm analysis except for d strep infection, guess that's wat affected the motility n morphology. The sensitivity test shows d sensitive drugs for d infection, use two of d drugs with more + signs to clear it,remember, infection in one is infection in both,so treat along with yr partner, n wash ur disinfectants.
This result is enough to impregnate 10 women ,so relax dear,pray n bd during yr fertile period. Baby dusts

Welcome Julianah,well,we don't hv a doctor here,we r our own doctor sharing ideas from personal experiences n so far,God has been helping us.
From ur result,There is step infection in ur husband semen,guess that's d reason why d sperm count n motility is low,d morphology is OK ,The sensitivity test shows d drugs dat can help clear d infections, just use two of d drug's that has highest number of + signs.
Ur HVS shows u hv no infection, but I will advice u treat along with ur husband to avoid reinfection.

Sorry there is a mix up,ur result didn't show any infection, but d count is excellent, d motility n morphology is on d average but I can assure u,its enough to get u pregnant. I will just advice to still treat infection n use Addyzoa+oligocare to boast d motility. I hope this helps

In addition,
garlic has antiinflammatory properties which why is used for infection treatment. It will take a long time for it to have significant effect in a chronic infection.

I will advise you to do a laboratory investigation and use drugs. Garlic can be use along with it. Don't depend on garlic alone for UTI treatment. A crushed garlic is better than a whole one .

@Julianah42, The SFA looks OK but I have some observation:
1. The semen volume of 1ml looks small. Did he lost some semen during production? Did he abstained for three days?

2. One the sensitivity result, ciprofloxacin and pefloxacin are same group of drugs. So, I will advise you choose ciprofloxacin. Ciprotab is a good brand to choose.

Streptomycin is an injection based drug. I hope you will get it. There are alternative drugs of similar mode of action that can be used orally. consult a pharmacist.
