Actually, each post office have discretion on how to generate revenue: over here, there the pack must be of certain weight & above in order to qualify for the service charge of N200 & above.
At a point, the desk officer decided to be fraudulently posting N100 on those smaller packages that offices don't charge and of course glen off those extra (unofficial) charges to her pocket!!
When many clients began to sense that something was amiss & escalated their grievance about this; thereafter the misdeed was curtailed.
Any charge that is not written on the delivery slip that you sign is not official.

Actually depends on what you do with your device sha, S625 is more than enormous for many peeps. As for the purpose of the Max series which is multimedia without your battery betraying you, the Max and Max 2 are indeed living up to expectation, but the Max 3 just made the experience even better. I know of friends who wished the camera in their Max 2 was better, they'll definitely see this as a huge upgrade, others who love hardcore gaming will also be happy with the Max 3.

Bro forget, name a game that the max 2 doesn't play with a good frame rate? Remember max 2 is powered by powerful 2.0 frequency. Though you are right with max 3 making the experience even better
