To cut long story short.
I met her few weeks back.she is in law, am in medicine. AM NOT BOUYANT WEN IT COMES TO CASH. But the truth is that i need a gf cos my body is telling me so. I have taken her to an eatery within school, we ate rice and soft drinks,costing about 1k.

She celebrated her birthday, few days back but she travelled home that day,and that saved me some cost though. Now, I still wish to do something for her in areers, so I told her to meet me in shoprite tomorrow. But I know, I will spend a lot in shoprite...I went to market today and bought a wine ( missionary) of 500, and wrapped it in a foil, bc if I should buy the same wine in shoprite, it will cost more. It looks presentable but relatively cheap, am sure she doesn't know difference in wine quality, so she wont know its just 500. I don't know weda its necessary to still take her to shoprite, cos I will spend , and I don't have much, and moreover, she has not given me any assurance. I don't want after spending, I will start hearing all those " am in a relationship " or " dont want to enter relationship "stuffs...

How do I go about this?

I think you should focus on making friends with her first.

And stop trying to do things above you for her because if the relationship eventually happens, you'll have trained her to expect gifts at every occasion from you.


Stop the gifts and money. Focus on giving her time, attention and letting her know you care for her.

Then demand for it. If she's OK, nothing will hold her back.
