My dear, I prefer mine not to be too crispy. So I don't allow it to fry for too long. How good? Well, no one tasted it apart from me, so I'll say it was good...very good. grin cheesy

I love it crispy, crunchy. That kra kra sound I hear while muching it, oh! I love it! Thing is when I try to fry for long to make it crunchy, it ends up burnt. My chips are always a mess abeg
