I understand this quite well, I also used Ikeja high court during my time with ink stamps but these federal high courts do have ink emblems and they make sure they do it quite well, but not all states follow all the rules...
Federal high courts and Major state high courts do follow the standard rules but many courts in some obscure towns (pardon my language) do not... There have been many cases where applicants documents were rejected few days before deadline because of this simple rule... A lot of applications... One must be very very careful, you don't know where the banana peel might be stationed waiting for you the slip...
thank you for understanding that's why I said not totally correct but someone has already turned lawyer on the matter lol.

Am not sending ele40seven away sir Cruz read my message again but all the same one love

.. you need to pay attention to each post before commenting..... is there ABOKI in Germany?... Obviously from the guy’s post he stays in Germany.

Secondly, to the issue of certification... Eke explained the basic standard.., Although some schools are not so strict about it (even some don’t require any sent documents) while some insisted on certification only from the embassy...
To reduce time and probably financial cost most people used Court certification with just a stamp... (100% legit)

As pointed out you need to take a calm approach to your responses...

Lastly, don’t put much pressure on family and friends for sponsorship.... people are hustlers here. Even some professionals salaries and expenses doesnt qualify them (at times pressure make people lie and they thought you are not well informed)... too bad though...

Even if they seems rich .. it might be through black jobs or undocumented businesses... (that can’t get them Verpflichtungserklärung)... This a fact...

With some state now requiring Führungszeugnisses of the sponsor (criminal records) people are now more skeptical about issuing it...

NB.. A rich man Nigeria standard might be hustling here.

By His grace after one month winter breze in Bremen am highly positive your approach to commenting and life in general will change.... Insha Allah.

Gentlelord:
Hello Deutschlanders ,

I am new to this thread and It's my first time posting here. I have exhaustively gone through this part 5 thread from page 1 to the current page, and I wholeheartedly appreciate everyone contributing here, may you guys get your AM as soon as possible Amen. Much thanks goes to those our brothers and sisters over there that take time out of their tight schedule to respond to issues here, may you people never be forgotten Amen.

I studied Mechanical Engineering in my BSc level and hope to pursue my masters program over there for the 2019/2020 Academic session, in one of the Diverse fields of Mechanical Engineering, Engineer Management or Renewable Energy.

I have thoroughly ransacked through the DAAD and Mastersportal platforms (to the best of my knowledge lol) and have shortlisted out some schools and courses I plan applying to study e.g

Europa-Universität Flensburg - Energy and Environmental Management
University of Siegen - International Graduate Studies in Mechatronics
TU Dortmund - Automation and Robotics
TU Dortmund - Manufacturing Technology
Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt - Renewable Energy Systems
TU Munchen - Management and Technology
Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences - Mechanical Engineering
South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences - Systems Engineering and Engineering Management

There are 7 Schools 8 courses above, on the DAAD platform, they are taught in English and require proficiency in English, and for the case of TU Dortmund, I learnt GRE is also a key perquisite for admission.

please guys I would sincerely want your advice, information as well as personal experience (for those schooling there) as regards this schools and their host state in terms of ease of securing admission, Adaptation, job opportunities and socialization, because I intend to prune the list down a bit.

I pray I get a Scholarship to help pursue this dream because raising at least 8000 EUR is very sweet lol (make I gv myself hope)

So sorry for the length (I wan make una know where I for dey come and where I dey go)

I love the unity and oneness here, Thanks guys as you respond.

TU Dortmund - Manufacturing Technology - Hope you know part of the requirement for this course application is "a document stating you were among the 10% best student in class" in the form of X of Y. where X is your position in class and Y the total number of students in class. Also GRE General Test score(not required but strongly recommended).

Be careful where you do your notary, check out the stipulated methods to make sure it fits the description and standard in Germany.
Always make sure there is a seal with an emblem and not just "text stamps"
The date and name of the notary or person who checked it.
Be sure that it is signed.

Preferably the stamp is embossed. Although the best is the one from the embassy, no one rejects it but in case you are leaving far, make sure that you engage a notary to will ensure that all is taken care of. Once you find the right notary, have as many blatts as possible in case of further applications.

True. bt i did mine at a fedral high court and it was accepted. thanks anyway

I think everybody has their own story. My 3 considerations while applying were: no tuition, no uniassist and no sending of hard copy documents (before admission decision is made). I did that because I knew I didn't have any single kobo to 'waste' grin
In the end, I applied to 3 schools, and I had 2 admissions. So experiences differ. Because it worked one way for somebody,
does not mean it won't work another way for another person.
Hulkimiliano:

I disagree with the uni assist stuff. All d schools I applied to without uni assist no admission, I applied through uni assist and 2 schools gave me admission out of 3

quote author=Eke40seven post=69815432]Wow! This thread is moving at the speed of light!

I hope your interviews and dates and admissions are going all as planned.

I have been busy so couldn't really continue with my myth bursters as planned but I will try.

Myth 7
Germany is fun!
Germany is beautiful, the people are super duper nice and courteous.... You wouldn't experience physical or aggressive racism. Most of the cities are safe and crime free! But one thing German is not, is "fun"... You must double your hustle, remove your mind off Saturdays owambes, there will be no mogbo moyas, you will not tear up players at viewing centres, no street dances and performances by promoters at computer village, no drama on the streets... Have a fill of these when as you leave Naija... Germany is work work work work work.... You are working hard at school and you are working hard at work! No time is free, free time is a sin..... Your anthem is, "everyday I'm hustling, everyday, I'm hustling..." By Rick Ross....
However, NSIG is trying hard to organise events to make people come out more and relate. To kill depression and make you have a feel of home... Germany is a very beautiful country in and out but be ready, be very very ready. [/quote] Pretty scary smiley

RWTH Aachen,
Uni-Bremen,
FAU Nürnberg - Erlangen

If you have been following the thread, I don't need to tell you the school that rejected me! Lol. You should also have to check with your particular course at these universities as they may have a different requirement. Eg. I hear a lot of people talking about certifying your documents for FAU, I wasn't asked to certify o.

didn't you send your document to them which one did u send ?
Also which course did you apply for in FAU and Bremen
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 5 by Rosicky7(m): 8:14am On Jul 30, 2018
What they needed were soft copies of my documents, no mention of certifying anything. FAU was advanced materials and processes, and Bremen was materials chemistry and mineralogy. I think the problem is that people just want info sharp sharp and are not putting in enough effort. I spent days going through each school's requirements on daad.de eliminating those that didn't favour me, before settling for these 3. Having spent some money earlier chasing the 'Canadian dream' grin, I knew I had to work hard to make this one click, with the little funds I had. I will advice others to do same. The benefit of starting your search on time.

OK I applied to Bremen same course and was admitted but for FAU I didn't even go there cos them break my heart for summer I applied for MSC Chemiayry and was rejected saying my BSc chemistry is not equivalent so this winter I didn't even look there aide couple with many people I know that applied and where hearing many stories I just didn't even check dem out .
Bottom line no two course have same requirement or application process even if they are in the same school .
Guy you just need to do enough research before u apply don't follow them say what rocks my boat might jus crash yours.

Finally bros which area are you heading mine is Bremen sha
