I'm really grateful my mum didn't do away with me during my chronic gambling days. Even my siblings had suggested she left area boys to deal with me due to my dubious nature but she kept coming to my rescue. I really wrecked her heart into pieces. I remember her shedding tears one time when she found out i gambled with my school fees. Now, it's 2 months now and i'm yet to visit a bet shop. She was really glad today and prayed for me when she found out for the first time, i was calling to send her card and not talk about problems which i always fall into. What is left for me to surmount is self-service and arrogance. Omo man gat turn a new leaf and grow up.
