This a common occurrence caused by the need to free government executives with political ambition to pursue their ambition ahead of time to prepare for elections.

unintelligent people rejoicing over decamping. after the primary's of the PDP in rivers, delta, cross rivers and abia states and those that didn't get what they want and start decamping to other parties, what with u now call PDP?

To think you have the gut to call others unintelligent baffles me. APC are yet to conduct their own primaries as well, there will aggrieved members all over the country who things won’t go their way

why should you be surprised? same thing that will happen to PDP is what will also happen to apc. so no rejoicing. u see why I said unintelligent people rejoicing over decamping. intelligent people knows that decamping will continue from both sides till after the elections. this is Nigeria
