Might be your ligaments stretching! Which is very normal in early pregnancy. As per salivating it's a cross you have to bare, you can suck on fresh ginger or bitter kola it really helped me.

All ave been taking since i got a positive test is duphaston and folic acid.(Drs recommendation) now that MS is subsiding i want to take more prenatals, a friend asked me to take fesolate but please is fesolate and folic acid not thesame thing? And when is the best time to start antenatal.
