Please read my statement, if her Mother is from Cross River and her Father from Adamawa, she can have both indigent and claim both states, it is legal. But for the issue of person who his parents are not from the state, even if he/she live for 20years that person can not claim indigent of that place because non of his parent is from that place, please check more on why we operate Federalism. Or federal character.
