my result LSRW : 8.5,7.5,9.0,6.5.. I just feel I've done the best i can. I will apply for a remark but i will also retake the exam. I dont think Liz videos helped because i followed all her instructions to the last.. I think I need to do somthing different..Any Ideas plsssss??

joo2018:
I had a discussion with a friend a sometimes ago. He just had a 7 in writing after 3 or 4 attempts (don't remember which) after having 6.5 in earlier attempts.
I was arguing that people are being marked down in writing. He said maybe not, maybe the examiners are on to something. While preparing for the last exam, he decided to change how he wrote. He said he noticed he used to write his introductory paragraph the same way and so decided to tweak it. He believed that was why his score changed.
I don't know if he was right, but I'm posting this in case it helps somebody. Maybe we can assess how we have been writing and change it. Maybe the model we have been using is being screened out by the examiners. Maybe too many people are writing the same way.
Just a thought.
Btw, he did his IELTS in the middle-east.

Good day All,

Below is basically my Job function.

Which NOC best fits it?

Secondly, I have been in the bank for like 11 years but on this particular desk for 2 years 10months, in the same bank. What should be my years of experience ? 2yrs10months or 11 years?

Job function(s)

Guarantee quality customer service delivery through the provision of efficient and effective branch operations, while ensuring compliance with the bank's laid down procedures/ processes and regulatory guidelines.

Supervise activities of all operations staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers.

Perform all other duties assigned by BM

Check 6314 or 1212.

As for the second question, let others weigh in.

It is better you scan a coloured copy.
I know they accept driver's license, national I.d card and international passport.
If you don't have any of the above mentioned you can try NINS provided it has a date of birth and a photo.

Thanks

Sorry for your score in writing dear.
Writing was my greatest nightmare. I was so scared that I didn't even bother practicing any topic on it. However, I read Liz's notes and followed them religiously. I got a "7"

My people. I don't know if i am being paranoid. Please advise. I observed here that the duration of time from AOR to medicals passed for most people ranges one week.
I submitted my application for a family of 6 (AOR) on 26 July, but there has not been any update in my CIC account as at today (exactly 3 weeks later).
Is this due to the size of my family or is there something I am missing?

Hi everyone.

This thread came as a life saver.

A cousin was asking me about process of migrating to Canada or Australia as a nurse and I was totally naive, so I told her I will get back to her, so I started research and found this thread.

I have read here and noticed that the most chosen applicants CRS is 470 and above, so I want to know if she stands a chance because I tried using the CRS evaluation tool but couldn't comprehend some fields so the result was around 220.

Her profile below:

Age = 33

Marital status = single though engaged

Profession = Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (Bsc Nursing)

Years of experience = 3yrs +

She has nobody in Canada.

Please what's the likely score she would get if she is able to get 7777 in IELTS?

And how does she proceed to start the express entry process, including for Australia and New Zealand if possible so I can give her comprehensive and correct information pls.

Pardon my long post, someone knowledgeably on this should pls help.

You should have asked questions on those fields you are having problem with, so that people can help. Please try and use the CRS tool again and ask specific questions.
