On our question series today, we bring to you the richest governor in Nigeria.As an independent nation, Nigeria comprises 36 States. With this fact, we can affirm that there are 36 governors in the country.

With regard to the significant number of wealthy Nigerian Governors, many people have argued that Nigerian Governors are embezzlers and barely can they make money without tampering with the public funds of their respective States. This accusations cannot be said to be totally false as we have seen various instances of how politicians embezzle the nations’ funds. To answer the question of who the richest Governor is in 2018, the richest Governor is Abubakar Sani Bello.

Governor Sani Bello is believed to have emerged from one of the wealthiest families in Northern Nigeria. Among all the Nigerian Governors, only his family has appeared on Forbes’ list of richest African families. The Irony of this is Niger State has no place among Nigeria’s top 10 richest States, Abubakar Sani Bello –in the company of his family –has carved out a significant path as one of the richest governors in Nigeria.

Knowing if he is the richest or not makes no changes.

It doesn’t matter about money; having it, not having it. Or having clothes, or not having them. You’re still left alone with yourself in the end.

It’s good to have money and the things that money can buy, but it’s good, too, to check up once in a while and make sure that you haven’t lost the things that money can’t buy.

The real measure of money is how much you will be worth when the money goes away.

He knows nothing about suffering therefore he might not even know what an average man in his state is going through. Most of these guys feel poverty is a made up word.

Before nko? Are Governors supposed to be 'poor' before? Abeg, no ever make the mistake of electing a poor person as governor. If you can't demonstrate the ability to make money and produce jobs then you have no business bcoming a governor in the first place.
