And this is where you need to hire an accounting firm. You will pay personal income tax as well as company tax if you do what you're planning. If you do what I suggested, you can file for company under your personal income tax and even claim losses and expenses. I never issued shares to anyone else because I didn't want/need to so I can't help you there.

Just as you've said, for a start, I would go with S-Corp and in the future, I would switch to C-Corp.

I even came across an information on this forum that require renters to provide co signer when renting an apartment. Is it applicable everywhere.

I'm saying even in the unlikely extreme that one could, you would STILL be better of with one job and overtime than two. The taxes are not better with two even of you have full time hours at two. And yes, I know two people with two full time jobs.

I’m not recommending two full time jobs , in my area it does hurt us if we work too many hours at one job , even bonuses are ate up in taxes.

I like your advice. What many of these guys fail to realize is if they took the time and energy to invest in a real healthy relationship based on love, they would get a good person AND the greencard.

They dont need the credit score but Im sure it is probably great.
At that point, they would/should be operating without or less debt.

I will list 4 good ways to increase your savings that have come from financial gurus such as Dave Ramsey, Nerd Wallet, and Suze Orman.
Before we get started, there are assumptions that I am using.
You are operating a budget. There is no way around this. You have to know what is coming in and out to the exact penny each month.
You are getting a biweekly paycheck from an employer. I say this because it just makes it easier to explain the steps that I am using
You are not already overspending. If you are already overspending, you are constantly trying to catch up.

1. Extra Paycheck
The typical American worker gets paid on a biweekly basis. This is 2 paychecks a month. But, there are 2 months in the year there is a 3rd paycheck. For example if your next paycheck falls this Thursday or Friday, November will have a 3rd paycheck which is essentially an extra paycheck. This is where the budget is essential. For this to be an extra paycheck for you, you cannot have already been overspending out of the previous paychecks. If you budget your monthly expenses on the 2 paycheck system, this 3rd paycheck should be extra. Also most employer will not take out insurance out of this paycheck. Again, you have to careful, because the next paycheck will seem like it will take forever to come.

2. Cut some things out
This is the painful part. In order to reach your savings goal quicker, there may have to be some casualties. Mine was monthly subscriptions, eating out, and decreasing my housing expenses. It was painful at first but over time, you wont miss it as much.

3. Direct Deposit
Most employers do automatic direct deposit for payroll. Set an amount that you can miss from your paycheck and have that amount sent to another account. This requires setting up a separate savings account. Here is an illustration. For example your biweekly paycheck after taxes and insurance is $1000. Suppose you can miss 10% or $100. On the direct deposit authorization form from your employer, 1 line on the form will direct the bank account that the $900 will go to. The second line will direct where the 10% or $100 will go. You wont miss the money because it is automatically coming out of your paycheck.

4. Set up another account at a different bank
I know that there are some people like me, who will get tempted to transfer money from the savings to the checking on a spur of the moment decision. I have had to create a separte savings account at another bank that will be a hassel for me to get to. What I mean is that if you do not have a debit card to that account and you have to make an effort to get to the money, you will most likely lose motivation in getting to that money if it is not truly necessary.

Bonus
I read a couple of people mention money back rebates on credit cards. This is a good idea. If you are already paying your balances in full, that rebate can be used as savings or just applied to your balance.

She was either too lazy or reckless. As soon as she got married, all she had to do was to leave the country and her husband could file a green card application for bringing spouse. Those take priority over other immigration cases. Shw could also leave before marriage and have the husband file for a K-1 visa.

She could legally re-enter then. She chose to remain illegal and trusted the government officials who said she is low risk for deportation. Never trust the government.

Do you watch the video? It’s says she signed a form that says she would never seek residency in the United States , she did try to file for residency but because of the form she signed she was denied. Also anyone who is illegal can not leave the country until they are approved to do so.Doing so could earn then the 10 year or permanent bar. K1 visa is not applicable in case because she is already married and living in the states. For those living Illegally or non immigrant status( like student visa) they have to file for adjustment of status first and don’t always to leave the country, it’s case by base basis. Marrying a US citizen does not mean that the partner is going to get automatic residency. There are requirements that both US citizen and non us citzen must pass before the partner can get residency.
