That's not true. I am on beta talk and my line is very active, infact I bought #500 just on Friday-2 days ago and I have called with my bonus and also subscribe for weekly data 500mb +250mb bonus. I dial *131*65# and I got the offer too.

It redirected me to the normal plan...

I haven't done it yet but I guess it's mtn little way of saying sorry for the inconvenience
Some of their subscribers were having difficulties accessing the internet some days back so as compensation for those kind of people this is what I thing they have done.
It might not work for all but a few who had this issues of no internet connection on their mtn line

All I did was to text 58 to 127.

I only had 1.3GB data rolled over which gave me a total of over 14GB.
