Reasonable question. No one has ever wondered.

All I know is that there's more to this demolition that is hidden to all of us except to those involved. A part of that building was marked for demolition some years back during Akala's reign when a road construction was ongoing. Ayefele is well connected, somehow, the building was not touched.
I believe the building wasn't just demolished because it was converted to a radio station though that was what we heard. Politics is a mad game. Ayefele must have bitten the fingers that fed him, if not that building wouldn't have not touched.
There's more to the demolition.

What I see is that the Governor is having interest in the piece of land what he did is wickedness.
God I love you so much he created everything right and principles, He never make any mistake and say only the rich can buy heaven, or human man can buy numbers of lives with money, if not this country Nigeria go for too bad for the poor. How can reasonable human being demolished such beautiful building that serves as economic empowerment to the masses and even created employment to people.
