Moreover this is the norm with Nigerian men living abroad. I know a man who had a Japanese American wife of over 22 years and 3 kids. You are totally correct, most stories of violent divorce involved a Resident nurse who came from Nigeria to the U.S. I sure think there is something wrong with their thinking process, they never thought they would attain such a status (common nurse). Guys stay away from nurses local or international because they are hurtful beings. Most nurses are philanderers, everywhere, the difference is in Nigeria they do it secretly (with doctors and patients) while in the U.S. where they have a perceived feminine gender advantage they do it with less fear, knowing they have financial strength they might not be scared to loose the man's financial contributions to their lives (after all he has finished paying her nursing school tuition he's now like a piece of toilet paper), they do it openly, the man goes crazy when he sees her with different hunks, she calls the police, the man gets evicted from the house he paid mortgage for years. It’s safe to say that your uncle was controlled by the younger woman’s Juju. Her herbalist na original. Your uncle is probably retired at his age and living on his social security and pension from his job, if he has one. I’m sure he retired from his job before he left America and he has decided to spend his retirement with the younger woman. I’m sure he made arrangements with someone in Houston to help him send his social security payments to Nigeria every month. It's sad, i pity the woman, it happens both ways just that the man ddnt just make it official...divorce are usually messy abroad, dude probably didn't want all the drama and technically all the kids are all grown so the battle of custody and child support payment is almost not gonna be there unlike when all the kids are still little.
