Sorry, that diesel engine is 45KVA not 45 horse power. It can be attached with a 15kva alternator to produce electricity to power the filter press and the toaster while also powering the expeller.

Prices at Enugu as at 15th of JUNE 2018,

Palm Kernel Nuts (PKN) = N127,000 per tonne
Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) = N330,000 per tonne
Palm kernel Cake (PKC)= N40,000 per tonne
Palm kernel Sludge(PKSl)=N90,000 per tonne

YIELD:

At normal yield of 40%
When you input 2.5 tons of PKN (kernel nuts) into our expeller you will get one ton of oil (PKO), 1.20 tons Cake (PKC) and about 0.30 tons of Sludge (PKSL)

Costs:
25 tonnes of PKN costing 127,000 x 25= 3,175,000 would yield sales thus;

Sales:
10 tonnes of PKO =330,000 x 10= 3,300,000
12 tonnes of PKC=40,000 x 12= 480,000
3 tonnes of PKSL=90,000 x 3= 270,000
Total 4,050,000

Gross Margin 4,050,000 less 3,175,000 = 875,000 per day
Assume 50% charge as operation and other expenses
