He’s a criminal

Also saraki is not qualified to lead that critical position with the robbery indictment

if he is a criminal why did you not remove him since? why wait till when he has left your party?

WHY??

We need leaders in the NASS who can work with the presidency to push policies that are for the betterment of the people - not a contentious leadership that only wants to antagonize the presidency

It took Saraki and his friends 7 months to pass the national budget - ok, he blamed the ministries but the truth came out - budget padding, removing money from critical infrastructure development and the increase the already over bloated NASS budget.

Now with fear hovering over Saraki and Ike ( thanks to oshi baba) the INEC budget is nearing approval.

u don't need to work with the Presidency...
We need an Independent house that Checkmates the Excesses of the Executive and vice versa...
The 1billion dollar security fund is gone yet we see innocent Nigerians being killed daily
6billion naira for police alone for a 2day Elections is Criminal..

Oshimole has had no effect in the house...

The HOA is on a annual Recess but independent Committees are allowed to Seat...

Whoever believes Saraki part of the story that, the executive delayed the INEC budget by summiting it late, that person is really gullible, because how is it possible for the executive to submit the INEC budget , while the main budget has not been passed by NASS..its really unfortunate that people believe Saraki gimmicks at this time...

We are definitely on opposite sides of the argument.

Checkmating the presidency is all well and good but within reason. Keeping a national budget for 7 months is nothing but criminal

You talk of security vote for the presidency -

Have you forgotten how Jonathan and his friends ill equipped our military, how poor and malfunctioned weapons were put in the hands of young soldiers and same ask to face the murderous Boko Haram.

Now have a look at the equipment our boys are using now , the training they are getting from the British.

The new planes and helicopters being flown by our brave men and women of the military.

Now to the NASS - for a group of people who earn more than 20m naira a month, I expect more hard work from them - these guys earn more than the US president yet he never goes on a 2 month recess.
But our jokers. Lol.

Hardly work 4 days a week and yet they find it difficult to sit and pass an INEC budget.

I really do not blame them, all over the world especially in the UK people are questioning the salaries of so called fat cats -what do we do -well,some of you guys are hero worshipping them ...the likes of bode george have no say in lagos island where I am from. He has been truly put in his place.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF PATRIOT, I DONT THINK SO, A PATRIOT IS SOMEONE WHO VIGOROUSLY SUPPORTS THEIR COUNTRY AND IS PREPARED TO DEFEND IT AGAINST ENEMIES OR DETRACTORS.

IS THAT WHAT YOU GUYS DO ? I WILL TELL YOU NO WHAT YOU DO IS TO SUPPORT AN INDIVIDUAL PMB, PMB IS NOT A COUNTRY, TRYING TO DEFEND HIM GOOD OR BAD DOES NOT MAKE YOU A PATRIOT, BUT WHEN YOU START DEFENDING THE NIGERIAN PROJECT THEN YOU MAY QUALIFY FOR ONE, YOU GUYS ARE NOT THERE YET, IF YOU MAY ASK ME WHAT YOU QUALIFY I WILL SAY YOU GUYS ARE FANATICS, MEANING A PERSON FILLED WITH EXCESSIVE AND SINGLE MINDED ZEAL, ESPECIALLY OR AN EXTREME RELIGIOUS OR POLITICAL CAUSE. THAT IS WHAT YOU GUYS DISPLAY HERE ON NAIRALAND SO PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF ADDRESSING YOURSELF AS PATRIOTS

Wailers and Igbos just believe in Saraki. They know he can't win presidential election on a good day but they feel because he is dubious and fraudulent, he might be able to pull some rigging or illegal stunts and put pdp in power. That's why pdp chairman made him party leader immediately he rejoined. Secondus is just another wailer.

And this INEC budget thing and not reconvening the senate, they (wailers) think he knows what he is doing meanwhile the man is just running and hiding while pretending to look cool.

Look in the mirror. All you just said was you describing yourself with the words in bold.

I am actually a Christian from the south who supports a Muslim President such as PMB from the North.

So that nullifies your entire rant and YES I am a PATRIOT!

Thank you for describing yourself so well.

Considering the plight of Nigerians that money is too much. Is it not better we use part of this excessive money to finance parts of capital project that are all over the country untouch? wish Nigeria great

IN THE FIRST PLACE I HAVE NEVER ADDRESSED MYSELF AS A PATRIOT, COMING FROM THE SOUTH AND SUPPORTING SOMEONE FROM THE NORTH DOES NOT MAKE YOU A PATRIOT, IS IT VERY DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THE MEANING IF A PATRIOT, YOU DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT.

OK LET ME BREAK IT DOWN FOR YOU PMB IS NOT NIGERIA MIND YOU SO YOUR SUPPORTING HIM DOES NOT MAKE A PATRIOT, THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN BE QUALIFIED TO BE CALLED ONE IS WHEN YOU STAND AND DEFEND A NIGERIAN COURSE, NOT AND INDIVIDUAL.

TRY AND UNDERSTAND SOMETHING BEFORE YOU START MISLEADING PEOPLE THAT SUPPORTING PMB MAKES THEM PATRIOTS, BECAUSE NOT RESEARCHING AND ARMING YOURSELF WITH THE FACTS QUALIFIES YOU FOR A LAZY NIGERIAN YOUTH

YOU GUYS NEED TO READ, LISTEN AND TALK LESS.

Talk less and learn more.

Standing with PMB IS STANDING FOR THE NIGERIAN COURSE.

I believe in his ideologies and so far he and the VP have shown themselves to be nationalists with the best interest of Nigeria at heart.

Stop trying to lecture someone who obviously knows way more than you probably ever would.

I don't doubt that they intend to loot the economy through this means but in security eh, there's what they call special duty, this is part of special duty sir. Thanks
