Just wait and see how the evil party, APC and it's equally evil supporters will tell us the country is not yet ripe for such feat as electronic transmission of election results in 2021 46 Likes 6 Shares |

It still doesn't mean that the election will be free and fair, or that Nigeria will be a great country. Nothing good will come out of this dungeon even in a billion years time 3 Likes |

.. THE CITIZENS OF NIGERIA CAN CONDUCT A REFERENDUM FOR THEMSELVES WITHOUT THE DIRECT KNOWLEDGE OF INEC... BUT THE INEC’S VOTERS CARD IS VERY NECESSARY BEFORE SUCH A REFERENDUM CAN WORK OUT. .. .. .. BEFORE I BEGIN TO EXPLAIN FURTHER, LET ME MAKE SOME THINGS VERY VERY CLEAR TO EVERYONE THAT IS READING THIS.. .. 1. The Current Nigerian Constitution allowed for Referendums Only when there is need to create a new State or a new LGA, or when there is need to adjust the existing boundaries of States or LGAs, or when there is need recall a member of the National Assembly or State Assembly by the Constituents of the Representative. 2. According to the Current Nigerian Constitution, for a Referendum to be conducted, the National Assembly or the State Assembly (as the case may be) must raise the motion for which the Referendum is required, and then call for a Referendum to be conducted by the INEC. 3. The INEC should conduct the Referendum within the stipulated time-frame, and the Simple Majority wins in such Referendums. 4. Only Nigerian Citizens who have Valid INEC-Issued Permanent Voter's Card can vote in a Referendum, since INEC is the only recognised umpire for Referendums. 5. The National Assembly or the State Assembly (as the case may be), can now make people-guided decisions based on the result of the Referendum. .. .. Meanwhile, the Referendum which most Citizens are demanding for, is a VOTE for the people to decide whether they still want to be a part of the Bigger Nigeria.. But this type of Referendum definitely has no place in the Current Nigerian Constitution.. (There are no two ways about that in the direct sense of it.) .. But then, since the INEC cannot directly conduct a Referendum for the people, the people can still come out and create an indirect way to conduct a Referendum for themselves, which would pass a very strong message to the tyrants, and also spread our message across to the whole world that we rejected our current tyrant leaders including those stooges they are planning to impose on us. .. HOW CAN THIS BE DONE?? .. This can be achieved through proper enlightenment of the people in order to deeply understand the demands of the Current Nigerian Constitution, and also on proper Voters Education of the people, so that they can know they powers they possess whenever they come out to vote. .. The Current Nigerian Constitution gave us a big clue to how we can conduct an Indirect Referendum. The Section-134; Subsection-2(b) of the Nigerian Constitution says it all. .. I will explain this section better. Voided Votes, otherwise knows as Rejected Votes, are also counted as votes, just that they are not valid votes, but they are also counted as part of the TOTAL VOTES CAST. If a presidential candidate wins in an election, but the voided/rejected votes are too many in such a way that the voided/rejected votes overshadowed his votes in a lot of States, then HE CANNOT BE RETURNED AS THE WINNER OF THAT ELECTION. This Simply Means that the people in such states rejected every single body that is contesting for that election.. .. (The Section-134; Subsection-2(b) of the Nigerian Constitution states that “the Candidate must have ONE-QUARTER of ALL the votes cast in at least TWO-THIRDS of all the Local Government In the State”.... It didn't refer to only the Valid Votes, but to ALL the Votes Cast, which also includes the voided/rejected votes) .. With such a Protest-Voting, and without the Usual Electoral Malpractice in Nigeria, the message could be heard loud and clear. .. Sitting-at-home on an election day cannot pass such a strong message, because those ones who did not vote cannot cause an election to be voided. 4 Likes 2 Shares |

One of the things that INEC should add to their list of Post-Election activities after releasing the results of any of their elections, is to also release the Election Analysis for the elections. In the 2015 General Elections, the INEC released the analysis of the Presidential Election, but they did not release similar analyses for the State Governorship Elections and the States House of Assemblies Elections. Also, INEC is yet to release the analysis of the 2019 General Elections.. .. According to the INEC’s 2015 Presidential Election Analysis as released on the INEC’s Official website, the total accreditation (Electronic Accreditation of course) for the 2015 Presidential Election was 23,643,479; which represents the sum of the Full-Biometric Authenticated Voters (10,266,139) and the Card-Only Voters who did not pass the Full-Biometric Authentication (13,377,340). Meanwhile, according to the INEC’s Officially Announced Result of the 2015 Presidential Election, the total votes cast was 29,432,083. (This represents a total number of 5,788,604 voters higher than the electronically accredited voters). The total number of accredited voters in the 2015 Presidential Election (as officially announced) was 31,746,490. This shows that 8,103,011 voters underwent manual-only accreditation without any form of Electronic Accreditation. Link to download the INEC’s 2015 Presidential Election Analysis: https://www.inecnigeria.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Presidential-Election-Analysis-2015.pdf Link to download the INEC’s 2015 Presidential Election Result As Officially Announced: https://inecnigeria.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/summary-of-results.pdf .. .. .. .. Meanwhile,, I did some further analyses on the 2015 Presidential Election Result by myself, and I discovered even more loopholes.. .. You know, It is very understandable that almost all the states did Manual Accreditation in the 2015 Presidential Election. . But I'm yet to understand what happened at Ekiti State. (My guess is that: the INEC Collation Officers manipulated the votes downwards in the course of their collation) .. Honestly, this is just too funny. 1 Like 1 Share

This is the way to go.. If the North does not want electronic voting the south should go for it. Regions can have their mode of elections. Enough of violence during election. |
