$2 million contract for what?? was he an engineer or building contractor that was awarded to build road or governmental infrastructure? what was his nature of business before being awarded the contract? Before u can be awarded a contract of that magnitude, u must have a registered company that has history and proven its worth, except if its just phony company set up by a politician or top govt official to launder money.
