But everywhere in Lagos that I know, its called titus, never heard anyone called it skunbi..

Hi guys, so i decided to prepare something new in the house, my own weekend special 1("plaintain porridge" wink

as learnt here.

The smell was heavenly and the taste was wow tongue

I had some cooked gizzard in the fridge so i added it.

Please enjoy cheesy

So I crave some type of food like a pregnant woman embarassed

This weekend was Goat meat asun and Ewa agoyin
The asun was really fast but the ewa agoyin was work, it takes a lot time to cook to get that typical taste and color.
The agoyin sauce turned out really well that I was wishing I made a lot. cry
