pls help o.... PES 2016 was installed for me by a friend.... I have been playing it for some time now and I observed that it's voiceless.... even when the PC volume is at 100%........ ..only games have volume except the pes .....pls how do I fix this



or does it need USB pad before the volume comes up?? because I have been playing the game via the PC keyboard

When the game is on, press windows key to take you home go to the volume properties in the notification bar on the right hand side of the screen, right click on the volume icon and select volume properties check if the PES column's volume is muted or turned low.

If that doesn't solve it, It probably is an installation problem. You'd need to reinstall it again. That often fixes every problem. That is if the installation package is a complete one.
