She obviously wasn't well brought up. She appears to be in a consensual relationship with the guy and most likely followed him willingly. But even that does not exculpate him. She is a minor and an amorous relationship with a minor is a serious offence in the eyes of the law. He is obviously a paedophile and has a serious case to answer regardless of what his other intentions are.

Yes, it's a possibility. But in these types of cases, it's usually her word against his. The sympathy usually lies with the 'victim'. The girl is viewed as the victim here and would usually be given the benefit of the doubt. If this case gets to the courts, you would see feminists and women activists getting involved and telling the girl what to say to nail the guy. The girl won't even be allowed to appear in court to protect her identity. And I assure you, the guy will go down. Every guy should steer clear of minors.
