Don't you think you should stay off social media for a while? It will do you a lot of good. It will help you to be more focused on your health and aid your healing faster than you think.

When I came to this rehab, I was banned from using phones and any electrionic device.
But I gave them one reason I should be with my phones. So they collected my laptop and left me with phones and told me not to play hip hop music till I leave the rehab.
Guess I will return the phones tomorrow. Thanks so much. I appreciate.

Your health takes priority here, dont joke with it or allow anything to keep you perpetually in the rehab.
Social media has come to stay and is going nowhere soon. You can always come back hale and hearthy to continue with what you love doing. I understand that it's not easy at all for you but please, do whatever you are told to do for your own sake and for the sake of your quick healing.
May God Almighty intervene soonest in your situation and give you perfect healing IJN.

Actually I registered for one month and the plan was to spend one month here but the way things are, I might extend my stay.
It’s not easy I swear.
The phobia is still there.
Making my coach a female is what is delaying my healing. Talking to a woman (my coach) and staring at her every damn time make me sick.
I’ve told them to change my coach but they refused.
If they don't change her this new month, I'll look for another rehab.
I can't be spending money and not getting the result.
Anyway thanks for your concern

I think you have the right to tell them to change the therapist if you're not comfortable with her.
You may change the rehab if you noticed you are not getting better with her around you but you have to try as much as possible to take your mind away from the fact that she's a woman . Focus on your health instead.
I however must commend your openess. Shows you are responding to treatment. I wish you quickest healing and, soonest.
