For now, no.
Gabzi28:
Are there NOCs that are ineligible even though they are among the 0,A or B classification?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by joo2018: 8:37pm On Sep 01, 2018
I'm not sure it will help, but please by all means try and let us know if it worked.
If it doesn't, use the affidavit and birth certificate + a LOE for your eAPR.
Adunnee:
There's an error in my hubby's year of birth on his WAEC cert. It's 1984 instead of 1985 and it has been sent to WES before we noticed the error.

Should he send an affidavit and his birth cert to WES? Or how else can the issue be resolved?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by Nazor83: 9:07pm On Sep 01, 2018
Please note that an agent will do basically nothing for you. You will gain all knowledge you need to get your application approved here, through the CIC web page and by looking up information in google. A very minimal part of that N700,000 can buy you consultation time with Mark Holthe or any other good immigration lawyer if you have need for that. What we have in Nigeria here are just people taking advantage of desperate people to make money.

Ebalu953:
Please I just started the process. Do I need an agent to apply? Agent asking for 700,000. I don't have such. What are the first steps? And does myself and hubby need to evaluate out results? I have a master s degree. He has a bachelor s (3rd class)

Make use of other references at your disposal: your employment, id card, payslip and explain the other shortcomings in the LOE, hopefully it will fly

In addition to that, get your former boss to write you a reference letter in CIC format, ensure you notarize it, ask him for his business card. Also submit your statement of account showing deposit of salary.

If you have email exchanges between you and your former collegues you may also add. CIC is very strict regarding cases such as this. Goodluck

Hello house thank you for all the relevant and useful information on this thread.
I must say well done guys. God bless the work of our hands.

Please I got appointed by a Canadian province after graciously securing a job under the AIPP - Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program.
I have been directed to Apply by paper and am currently getting all documents up to roll.

Please i seek for advice from any one who has applied through this program and what they did or who ever has the right information, Please chat me up, mail me @ proffvin11@gmail, then we could chat more through phone.

Pls, a quick one, is there a problem using the normal A4 papers for printing my IMM documents?

Thank you all.

This shows that Accra Visa Office isn't as bad as painted to be..i think the only people experiencing major delays are those that were transferred from LVO for interviews etc

Thank you Brother

Kindly confirm if NECO can be used too

Please do you also have idea about NECO process for WES

Apologies if this question is off Trend

Yes you can use NECO and it seems to be faster according to the testimony gotten here, NECO costs #18500- "17500 for courier and 1k for confirmation of result", go to the NECO office at Ur state of residence. Go with copies of Ur certificate or statement of results, 2 passport photographs ( I can't really remember exactly what I was asked to bring, didn't go further cos I found out I didn't need it anymore)

Looks like scam, smells like scam.Cic sends no mail with attachments asking u to apply.Go to page 0,acquaint yourself with the process and start making preparations if you wish to.Ielts and credential evaluation first, then u enter the pool and wait to be drawn.

Please I'll like to know if WES requests for WAEC results from people evaluating only their MSc. credential obtained outside Nigeria.

Gracias.

If you are evaluating only the non Nigerian MSC, WAEC isn't required.

1. Yes.
2. You must be physically present in Canada for at least 730 days - 2yrs (cumulatively not necessarily concurrently) over 5yrs to maintain your permanent residence status.

Hi dear. Please do you (or anyone else)have an idea the criteria Ontario uses in selecting from the pool. My crs will be 431 in a bit but just heard that they select candidates based on one's occupation. Is this position different from you expressed above? h I've tried searching for answers online but they appear vague. My NOC is 1123 or 0124. Anyone with answers, pls respond so I know which way next bikko. Thanks.
IMO when you enter the pool, with a score above 400, you will be contacted, that's if you meet the requirements for the jobs that they need more hands in ( no one is privy to that info). Mostly IT personnel get the PNP, Bilingual, i. E French and english speaking folks (I think). Cos Ontario is the province where the capital is situated, and to land a FEDERAL job, you need to be bilingual.
