The date of birth on your application form and submitted identification document.

You will need to contact your institution to send new transcripts with your correct date of birth.

As a result of this error, your assessment will be delayed and placed on hold until I receive the amended transcripts.

Hi. Apparently, your date of birth on your application doesn't match the date of birth on your transcript. IQAS has clearly accepted the one on your application. My advice: reconfirm the date of birth you put on your application to be sure its correct and then get in touch with your school and confirm if its the same/correct date of birth they have i.e that they tally. Once you have ascertained both information, you will be able to know where to tackle the disparity from i.e. from IQAS end or from your school end. Good luck!

Good evening everyone. Please i noticed ICES requires an upload of transcript during registeration. I already uploaded my certificate and international passport. I just applied for my transcript and i stated for it to be sent to ICES though am yet to complete my application. Please for those with ICES exeperience, must i upload my transcript at the point of application or can i go ahead and conclude my application then possibly upload my transcrip when its ready alongside wen the school.mails it to ICES Thanks in anticipation

Nne, please calm down o. This process is for patient people. It's just 10 or so days post AOR and you are already stressing yourself about medicals passed. It usually takes anywhere from 7-20 days on the average to pass medicals. The journey still far. Start training yourself for patience. You may need it just in case your file ends up with any of the Notorious 2. Best of luck in your application.

This type of question has already been answered in previous pages.
You may not upload a copy of your transcript if you don't have it. Some people here, myself inclusive, uploaded certificate to be verified and International passport only, while the attended institution uploaded the transcript. Your institution may upload your transcript either through email or post(e.g courier or regular mail).
