You should know that not everyone has experience in all the terminologies used in ordering from AliExpress. Some are doing it for the first time and always confused and/or curious of everything they see. You are not an expert in one day. Same thing as operating phones. Some are geeks while some are noobs in using or exploring their phones. You don't need to abuse the guy, he may just ask according to his understanding of what he sees. Be humble!.

hi, abeg anybody to help out, i am using Rn5 and i want to download the new update i just get this morning from 9.6.3 to 9.6.4 . when the downloading get to 99%, it will just show couldn't verify the download try again ... please, any thing to do to this?

10 -15 days. sometimes it can come 5-10 days. mine came 12 days. just relax it will arrive.

It depends on your membership status though... But 3-15 working days is enough for you to be refunded.
Contact your bank.... Some banks like Ecobank can delay refund unnecessary. Very horrible bank with worst customer service relationship.
