It depends on your membership status though... But 3-15 working days is enough for you to be refunded.
Contact your bank.... Some banks like Ecobank can delay refund unnecessary. Very horrible bank with worst customer service relationship.

Working (business) days ....weekends and public holidays excluded. Fastest way for you to get this cleared is get the email from the merchant informing you for the declined transaction and with the details of the transaction email your bank requesting a reversal of transaction. Ok ...Glo 4G not supported on the version you have. This is the Chinese (Global Rom) Version. You need a Taiwanese Version (not even the Global Version) which supports the LTE Band 28 Glo 4G rides on. undecided
