Op, I don't have much to share on your question but I still have a suggestion. Given that the reason for using CD is as contraceptive, then this will be useful to u:
1) download the app called"my calendar".input the days of your period, it will clearly show u about 18 days where u can FREELY meet with your hubby with no fear of conceiving, no need for withdrawal or all that in those days
2)the remaining fertile days, u can then manage Ur CD situation, I suggest u invest in lubricant that is compliant with your CD.
This helps when u don't want to do implants and pills. Using CD every single time must suck. All the best dear

I absolutely understand your plight. There's been a difference in quality of KISS. It used to be light and retains the "follow-come" lubricant but not anymore. Now feels like dry pomo.
