this isnt rational. one of the advantage of MMF is that nothings happens to your principal as long as the scheme lasts.

Please does anyone here has FBN MMF? I had one with them, but they don't have online app where you can login to your account to see what is going on, Like ARM, Stanbic etc. I only know what's going on to my investment only when i requested for my account statement.

Please does anyone experience this or is there anything that i am not doing well.

If it is stanbic, they are just a useless bunch atm. i Requested since Friday 9am and I am yet to get mine. They claim they upgraded their payment system on Friday hence the delay.

I have had the same experience recently. I did an online redemption with Stanbic App and got credit alert the following day. Less than 48 hours.

I was about to ask same question. I don't know if I should close my accounts with them and liquidate my MMF. They seem to always have issues yearly.
