For me, the best performing Governor is Willie Obiano of Anambra State and the worst performing Governor is Rochas Okorocha of Imo State.

I think Governor Dave Umuahi is the best performing governor considering the meagre resources of that state, and the worst performing is Okezie Ikpeazu. I don't like Rochas as a governor but he has a way of doing Abracadabra in governance. He has done better than Okezie Ikpeazu. Anambra is a very Rich state.

Which is why i say that Ikpeazu has not earned an E for his effort. I have gone round the five eastern states, and Abia state is currently the worst. Not comparable to Enugu, Anambra, Imo and the last 3 years has seen Ebonyi state overtake God's own state. This rubbish will not continue. We cannot continue insulting God in the name of playing politics. This rubbish must stop

then I'll rate umahi over Obiano because if you go to Nnewi especially spare parts/nkwo Nnewi and some places in Awka
you'll know that Obiano is not trying as we make it look like

For me,the best performing Governor from South East is Engr.Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State(regarding to how little their resources are,yet he managed to be making things happen there) while the worst is Okezie Ikpeazu of my own Abia state,that man needs to be shown the way out and also be jailed lifetime... Abians have suffered a lot.

The best is mediocre and very mediocre but the best among the rest and that is gov. Obiano. I am not impressed because I know if all was equal Anambra state can compete with Tokyo combined with one other of their nice states there in Japan, mind you I am not even talking Lagos.

I respect ebonyi state gov a lot even with a mediocre perspective. He wants to try buthe no too sabi.

Is it Rochas that built Owerri? Perhaps Rochas is also better than Obiano since Owerri is finer than Awka and Onitsha.
