I have not been to Abia State recently, but Owerri that I have been to recently, is an insult to the SE spirit. The government destroys and the citizens are cowards, not just cowards but defeated by one man. I do not think I will go into that town anytime soon. I will try Ebony in my next weekend holidays and see what is going on there.

You can't claim to be a giant in MSME and at the same time lag in basic infrastructure. They go hand in hand. For you to be an enterprise hub, you must have relevant infrastructures in place to support the smooth running of those MSME.
