I Have Call Ican Asking Them If I Should Fill My Referees' Details Online They Said No That I Should Print After The Registration And Take It To The Referees To Fill Their Details By Themselves. The form won't be submitted unless you have filled in your referee(s). It's only after you filled it and submitted it that the details of your referee will show and he/she will have to sign on it....

ICAN have conference in Abuja this week ending tomorrow. in fact they left only 1 staff in Abuja office.

May be we should try from next Tuesday or so. The deadline is October 12, 2018
