Pls i have a question why is it we don't normally called players who are willing to.play for us.

I remember Kenneth Otigba

Saw Akanji with eagles kit after WC

Alaba paid a visit to eagles's camp in Austria

Eze is ever ready

Deji is eager

But we are waiting for Uduokhai, Akpoguma and Torunarigha to say Yes.

Sir, the thing tire me oooo.

And we do we put in, we must first seek a replacement before we booth out what we have. Also I think we need to be nicer to these people. Others are watching the way we treat those before us. Ighalo might not be the most prolific but he has always honoured the call ups.

Cameroon retired Vivian Foe's number 17 jerseys till date. So Liberia have the right to reserve George Weah's number 14 Jersey.
Thanks.

The way football is these days the main striker role is becoming obsolete. #IGHALOOUT

Deji makes match day squad, has not played yet. Its like he has the same physique like Ebuehi....its also like Rohr likes rugged looking players...why would he invite Collins in Bundesliga 2 and leave out Deji in Bundesliga 1?

Super Eagles call-up surprises Enyimba star Mfon Udoh

By admin -
September 10, 2018, 8:22 am

Enyimba skipper Mfon Udoh has admitted he was a little surprised to be handed a Super Eagles call-up after he returned from a long-term injury layoff.

Udoh is one of four NPFL stars listed for tomorrow’s friendly in Liberia.

“It was something I never anticipated would come my way this quick after my first call-up to (national) camp where I had to be dropped because of injury while in camp,” he told SCORENigeria

“I am delighted to be called once again to serve my dear country.

“I am thankful to God for another opportunity given to me to play in the senior national team.”

The forward is the 2016 CAF Champions League highest goal scorer with nine goals and also currently holds the record for highest number of goals scored in a single NPFL season.

The former Akwa United star is also the first player to score over 35 goals in two consecutive seasons in Nigeria.

Rohr likes rugged players because one has gotten game time and the other has not?

I learnt that Liberia organized the friendly match in honor of George Weah #14 and they plan to retire his jersey number.

Got few quick questions:
1. Will FIFA allow the Liberia team to ommit a certain jersey number in a case where they qualify for a major football event like the world cup.
2. In relation to question 1 above will they increase their jersey number to 24 if granted the permission by FIFA.

This reminds me of Okwaraji's jersey number 6 that was said to be retired but was later seen worn by subsequent generations of players.

FIFA hads no says in sure matter once an association decides to do so

Thank you i think he later got the cleared picture of my view.

Sometimes we just need to roll in maturity in football analysis here.

I did not say Ekong was a bench warmer.

I don't know Omeruo but surprisedly am Ekong hater for stating my opinion.

Respect to tbaba1234,thegoodjoe and Mujtahida for their coolness and high sense of maturity.

Boss,I must add here that though some people may seem assertive (bothering on aggressive) while sharing their points it doesn't make them immature. My 2kobo o. Good morning.

But vitriolic rhetoric, gutter language, profanities and even some insulting people's parents.

That's TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and INTOLERABLE

Yes,I agree 100% with you.. I was just making a case for the assertive folks. Some people most definitely cross the line here. And it's particularly shocking coming from supposedly mature people. Too bad.

Elder, long time we've read something from u.
You made a valid point.

The Super Eagles should not be an all comers affair. Some of these young players should be sent to the U20 team and let's even see if they can offer better than what some of our home grown players can offer.

Ighalo's poor positional ability has been his greatest problem. Asides, two other occasions were he disrupted goal bound moves, due to being in offside positions, see how he put himself off-side when Iheanacho took that solo dribble but blasted wide. Also when that rebound came to Awaziem for him to score for the 2nd goal, Ighalo drifted into an offside position waiting for Awaziem to pass the ball to him. See short highlights:

So Ighalo is the only striker that gets caught offside? If u play football you will know that ighalo's movement created the space for iheanacho to get that shot off. What about the picture perfect run he made when he hit the up right?

As for the second goal you are being utterly ridiculous. Why on earth would Awaziem ever pass that ball? I know you don't like Ighalo but it is just impossible to believe that a player would pass up an empty net. You even said Ighalo was frowning but there was not a single footage of that.
