Wallai buhari is killing this country. Starving the citizens, and starving the govt establishments of fund.
Now buhari/APC would sheepishly blame it on GEJ/PDP.

The new Vw plant signed by buhari would resolve this problem. Since Peugeot, Nissan, IVM failed to do so.

CastedDude:
This is quite shameful...A Facebook user was left shocked after spotting officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) carrying out their official duty in a rickety vehicle in Igbo-ukwu town in Anambra state.

The pick up truck which the road safety officials used for patrolling round the town - appears not be be road worthy, according to the report with some of them sitting on benches in the same vehicle.

Chidozie AfunwaelotaNna who shared the shocking pictures on Facebook, wrote;

This is Igbo-ukwu State Federal Road Safety (SFRS) in Anambra state... Patrolling with truck not only that but moving with no sit-belt, no fire extinguisher even the tires of the truck is getting weak and some headlamps and one side mirror is off from the truck while some Staffs are sitting on benches in the same truck etc...

They are out on revenue drive. Those guys don't care about safety they only go on patrol to hunt for bribes and penalties/fees for imaginary violations (from private motorists). Commercial drivers already have pay-as-you-go bribe arrangements with them.

I had wanted to claim that some misguided elements aka bloggers might be quoting Anambra just cos they are jealous of its progressive mantra but sadly I can't do that cos the name Anambra can be seen boldly scribbled on the car for all to see. Very shameful
And since when have the FRSC become an Anambra State agency? shocked and why should Anambra State be ashamed if the Federal Government CANNOT maintain its own Agencies? angry

That's another take on things but then you must agree that other factors besides the governmental influence is playing a role here.

Perhaps I should explain more for u to understand that the federal government shouldn't be blamed for all things. Sometimes we should shoulder some of these blames.
How can u explain a scenario whereby the policemen down here in the south east begs or should I say steals from motorists in broad daylight but when u go to the north, the same doesn't apply? Same federal agency, different modus operandi. I can go on and on but then I will be wasting both our times. Human factors do apply dear.
Who in their right minds will pull that stunt of using a dilapidated truck to carry out their duties which in truth is to serve their selfish interests?
You get my drift?

The answer is simple, both the Police and the FRSC is a Force.That means,there is a top down chain of command. Disorder in the ranks is the fault of the commanding officer, not the Governor or people. Disciple of the troops belong to the senior cadre,there is no culture to it.

Riigggght. So the inclination of a white policeman in America shooting a black man is strictly the fault of the commanding officer. You really do believe it has nothing to do with culture. Tell u what.. I derive no joy whatsoever arguing over any issue. It drains me. Let's just agree to disagree. Alright? Good night.

Yes,Yes and Yes. It is all about discipline and training. That is why they have disciplinary committees to investigate purge and punish.
