Are you married? I had to upload my husbands and his sisters marriage certificate and highlighted their fathers names and signatures there to show its the same person. I also uploaded their baptism certificate as part of prove both parents names are there you can add these to your sworn affidavit and an LOE. Husbands sister is in canada now and doesnt have a burth certificate she migrated from UK using this express entry thing too and she said she never used one only birth certificate and that church baptism certificate. GCMS REQUEST: 9th July it came 9th August everything was fine.
IP2: 23rd Aug (in my mind I was expecting it next day, yimu for me)
PPR : 11th sept (2:32am) saw it 5am.

Their father walked away from the marriage over a year ago and has infact eloped to a foreign country where i believe he is in illegally. The question is will i need his consent for the application? Medical for them was at Stat medical clinic, FL.
